IN ORDER TO HAVE A RARE SEISHUN YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 30 CHARACTER POSTS!!! (Even I followed this rule)
General Rules:
Character Creation:
• You can have multiple Seishun, there isn't a limit.
----However, you'll have to make a new app for it every time
• If either human or seishun have an outlandish, or unbelievable backstory... odds are, we won't accept it
----So no "He/she was raised by seishun in the wild stuff please.[/ul]

"When a Seishun talks, it has to be IN QUOTATION MARKS and ITALIC. And preferably a different color as well."

Thoughts should be just ITALIC. You can choose whether or not to change the color[/div][/ul]
